There are still problems even after the new update :

Forza Horizon 3  is an open world race game developed by playground games published by Microsoft studios and it's exclusive for Microsoft devices (PC-Xbox One) it was released the last month : September 23 , its the third game in the Forza series .

For its gameplay : it's on a open world environment in Australia , there are hundreds of cars that the player(racer)  can get access to , Numerous events are planned and drivers around the world can compete in the same conditions as in single player. The game is for all Xbox Play Anywhere, and that means that the same key is activated on Windows 10 as on Xbox One.

Yesterday was the second update for game that the developer didn't announced it earlier when the company got complaint in the first place , although the Forza 3 got the second update to a better version and which is supposed to solve most of the problems related to the performance of the game on PC (those problems wasn't on Xbox one) ,but the experience of 60 frame and preserve A Bird still elusive for some, there still some lag and bugs issues which gamers hate the most (lags) , after this update but the developer may release a new update fixing all remaining once and for all .

The fundamental problem is not to exploit the game from the central processors forces fully despite the fact that this problem was supposed to be resolved during the last update, however, this did not happen playing field exploits only one core only from the processor and not take advantage of the rest of the nucleus as supposed.
luckily for Xbox players all this doesn't matter cause the game didn't have those issues , and there is particularly  no bags or lags .
